Not the right size or colour? Exchange it free within 7 days of delivery. The jeans must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
How to request an exchange
- WhatsApp us on +91 98803 58982 with your order number and the size or colour you want.
- We arrange a pickup from your address.
- Your new pair ships as soon as the return is checked.
Damaged or wrong item
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and you'll get a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made within 7 working days, to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds go to your bank account or UPI.
Not eligible
Items that have been worn, washed or altered, or that have their tags removed.
